Chiffon Party Dress – Black / Cut Out

This chiffon party dress is truly special. It is presented in a deep black, white or red and is constructed from highest quality, luxurious, chiffon fabric. The bodice of this dress was created in a flattering crisscross style with a small cut out toward the waist. It has a circular, halter style neckline that leaves the tops of the shoulders bare.
