30-Day Exchange & Return Policy
If there’s an issue with your order (e.g., defective product, incorrect order, damaged item, or simply not satisfied), please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to review your case, and if approved, you may return the item to us. Please ensure the order number is included on the packaging, as it is essential for processing your return.
We will send a replacement if you prefer this option. Please specify the new item you’d like. Do not return anything before we review your case. Our customer service team will provide further instructions after the review.
Goinflight reserves the right to refuse any return request if it is suspected of being made with malicious intent or as part of competitive business practices.
Disclaimer: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a product defect or quality issue.
Return & Exchange Procedure:
- Log in to your Goinflight account and locate the order you are not satisfied with.
- Contact Goinflight support, selecting either Exchange or Refund. Choose the specific item and describe the issue. If it’s a prescription issue, upload your original prescription. For defective or damaged items, please provide photos.
- Once we receive your request, a Customer Service representative will contact you within 24 hours (48 hours on weekends). Please check your spam folder if you do not receive a response, as it may have been filtered there. Follow the instructions provided by our team.

Goinflight’s Liability:
- Damaged Items on Arrival:
We take full responsibility for items damaged on arrival. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact us immediately with your order number, item number, and photos of the damaged product. - Incorrect Item Received:
If the wrong item was shipped, we will take full responsibility. Please send a photo of the incorrect item along with the order number and item number. If there’s a prescription issue, include a photo of the original prescription. - Missing Parts or Defects:
If parts are missing or the item has defects, please send photos along with your order number and item number. For minor defects that do not affect normal use, we can offer compensation in the form of a voucher or partial refund.
Your Responsibility:
- Item Size Is Too Large:
If the item doesn’t fit, contact us within 30 days of receiving it. You can return it for an exchange. Please note that shipping costs for returns are your responsibility. - Item Style/Color Isn’t Satisfactory:
If you don’t like the style or color, contact us within 30 days. You may return the item or exchange it for a different one. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. - Wrong or Expired Prescription:
If you entered an incorrect or expired prescription, you can place a new order with the correct prescription, and we will send the updated item.

- Item measurements may have a margin of error of 1-3mm.
